We welcome pets aged 6 months and older, and our facilities include separate areas for cats and dogs.

HOW DO I PAY?
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance can be paid either when you check in or preferably when you pick your animal up. Some animals may require a veterinary consultation or vaccination by our registered veterinary surgeons before or during their stay. Please speak to our staff before you book your appointment to confirm their vaccination and health status and what might be required.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERES AN EMERGENCY?
Our boarding facility sits directly above Chris and Nichola's Animal Hospital, providing instant veterinary access when needed. All pets receive twice-daily health checks from our medical team. If you have further questions please raise them with our staff.
CAN I RECEIVE PHOTOS/VIDEOS OF MY PET?
Yes. We can arrange to have pictures sent to you via WhatsApp every day that your pet is in boarding. We can even arrange some FaceTime calls.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE MY ANIMAL BOARDS?

Some animals may require a veterinary consultation or vaccination by a registered veterinary surgeon before their stay please speak to our staff before you book your appointment to confirm their vaccination and health status and what might be required.
We can provide everything to make your pet stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. Feel free to bring small blankets toys or treats. Large objects or those that cannot be washed or may propose a safety hazard should be left at home. You may bring your pet's own food or alternatively you may purchase a bag of Hills or Royal Canin food from us when your pet checks in.
CAN I VISIT MY PET WHEN HE/SHE IS IN BOARDING?
Yes of course you can. Please call our staff to arrange an appointment.
